Sigmon Stringers win band competition
at the North Carolina State Fair Folk Festival

Welcome! The Sigmon Stringers are a three-generation bluegrass and gospel band. The original band was formed in 1972 and the family has been "pickin" ever since. With the addition of the third generation our music has elevated to a new level of performance and enjoyment. Our shows are entertaining and fun - the kids
see to that!

It has been our honor to open for such notable entertainers as Bill Monroe, Lester Flatt, The Country Gentlemen, Jimmy Martin, Del Reeves, Ronnie Milsap, Doc Watson, Ralph Stanley and the list goes on. Our second CD "Gettin Better All the Time" has just been released. We have been blessed and thank God for all our accomplishments and opportunities.
